Our safety policy, which is regularly reviewed and updated in collaboration with our workforce, aims to motivate, educate, and train staff at all levels of the organisation. We have also established several safety forums and programmes to reinforce our safety culture. Additionally, comprehensive HIV/Aids and health initiatives have been implemented to enhance our employees’ wellbeing.
